- A successful implementation and rapid return on investment for CorVu customers
The RapidROI Program enables the client to rapidly implement and deploy the
CorVu solution. This has proven to be extremely successful for our clients.
CorVu Professional Consultants will work with you through a step-by-step
program, confirming success at each stage prior to moving on. This typically
entails:
Discovery - CorVu Professional Consultants will conduct interviews with
client personnel to discover exactly what is desired and, more importantly, what is needed.
Design - CorVu Professional Consultants will work with client personnel to
design an appropriate implementation agenda.
Implementation - Installation and setup of the CorVu solution including
Knowledge Library design, user/group access permissions, etc. Upon
completion, all investment in this stage will be fully utilized in the
production deployment of CorVu.
Training - While training occurs throughout each stage, administrative
training is primarily delivered during the implementation stage.
Performance Tuning - Although not required for all sites, performance
tuning may be helpful if system resources are very limited.
While each of these stages may be required in varying degrees, CorVu will
ensure that you receive customized services to make your RapidROI Program a
